THE PACKAGE - What is included

We operate on an all-inclusive "quote by job" basis. Typically, our quote will include the following:

The pre-interview questionnaire discussion – typically a half-hour chat which gives the interviewer some background on the person being interviewed. This includes basic details about the family tree (of immediate family and family members of special significance), first school, first job, major life events and people who have had a major influence on their life.
The interview – we travel to you! Included in the price is travel to the interviewee's home. Typically, the interview will take from 2 to 3 hours. It is not intended to be a comprehensive account of all the events that have happened in their life, but rather we work through “themes” such as: early childhood memories, family, life’s successes, significant lessons learned in life, philosophy on life, or faith and how this has developed, significant event’s in life, and a detailed discussion about people who have had a significant influence. We don't try to capture everything - just the important things!
At the end of the interview we will ensure that all key areas have been covered and ensure that if there are any elements of the interview that are to be removed, that they are noted.
Editing/post-production. This involves a thorough review of the entire interview – removing repetitions, pregnant pauses, ums and ahs, any interruptions that may have occurred during the interview process.
Production of as many copies of the recording as required. A finished Audio Life Portrait is typically a double-CD set. These sets are attractively packaged with a head-and-shoulders photo of the interviewee on the cover. Delivery is also included.
